Who Is Jack Stafford– Personal Trainer?
I started my fitness journey when I was in a dark place of depression. I had zero confidence, I had no belief in anything I was doing, I was completely lost in life and didn’t accept myself as a human being. Fitness became my building block to change my life.
I started doing online coaching as a personal trainer, fitness and mental health coach in 2019 during the pandemic and since then I’ve helped working men and women change their physique, build their self-confidence, and create healthy mental health habits so they can increase their quality of life.
The rollercoaster journey from when I was in a dark place to where I am now and I have learnt countless lessons on that journey known as ‘the middle gap’. The numerous mistakes, failing a number of times and all the therapy sessions which has led me to this place of learning what is incredibly effective in making personal empowering changes and creating the life I wanted to always live, while helping other people as a mental health and fitness coach and personal trainer.

Those who are willing to put in the work. If you think that magical results are going to happen upon joining the team, you are not who I am looking for. I will give you the tools and support for you to get the results. However, it is your responsibility to implement this into action to get the results you need.
Transforming your body and your mind needs to be minimum 9/10 importance. My greatest sense of fulfilment is making a significant impact on my clients’ lives and getting results as your personal trainer. In order for that to happen, your greatest priority needs to be to take your life to new levels. If you cannot honestly say this is at least 9/10 importance to you then please don’t apply.

Yes you will get physical results by following your plan, but this process is about seeing further into the future. How the way you move your body and what you feed into your body becomes the foundation for empowering personal change.
If you are still unsure of what to do, I encourage you to step into your future self, 6 months down the line. Close your eyes, how does that look, sound, and feel for you? What do you envision when you look at yourself in the mirror when you wake up in the morning? How do you look at yourself when you believe that you can achieve anything when you put your mind to it?
